Manara is Arabic for lighthouse. A lighthouse does not steer the ship — it gives the crew a clear, steady signal to steer by. That is the role we want MANARA to play for boards, risk teams, compliance officers and auditors.

Why MANARA exists

In many organisations, governance, risk, compliance, audit and performance are run as separate programs, each with its own spreadsheets, terminology and reporting cycle. The same risk is described three ways; the same evidence is collected twice; and the board receives figures that nobody can trace back to a record.

MANARA puts those programs on one connected data model, in Arabic and English, so that every number on a dashboard can be traced to the records behind it — and so that the platform can run inside the organisation's own environment.

Scores, percentages and insights come from documented rules and configurable methods. Every result can be traced to its inputs.

Your data stays with you

Self-hosted, with no external calls. External AI models are optional and disabled by default.

Arabic and English, equally

Arabic is designed in from the start — right-to-left layouts, terminology and typography — not translated afterwards.

Interface principles

MANARA's interface follows good practice inspired by the principles of the Saudi Digital Government Authority's Platforms Code (DGA) — clarity, accessibility, consistent navigation and Arabic-first design. This describes our design intent only; it is not a claim of certification, compliance or endorsement.

The name and the mark

The mark is an abstract lighthouse built from simple geometric forms: a split tower for stability, a lantern for clarity, and a single beam for direction.

Navy carries trust and seriousness; teal brings clarity and calm; emerald marks what is healthy and on track. A warm amber is reserved for the light itself — used sparingly, for what deserves attention.

Parent company

MANARA GRC is a platform by 4each1. MANARA keeps its own name, logo and product identity; all official communication, contracting and technical support are handled by the parent company. Project systems, accounts and databases are not merged.
