Policy Management
Keep every policy in one library with its owner, category, effective and review dates, and publish new versions only after a recorded two-step approval.
What it does
Draft and maintain policies by category and owning unit. Each approved version is preserved with the approver and the date, so you can always show which wording was in force and who signed it off.
Submitting a policy starts a two-step approval workflow. Approvals are recorded in the audit trail and pending items appear in the approvers' alerts.
