Performance Management
Measure strategy, risk and control health with one indicator model: targets, warning and alert thresholds, and status and trend computed from the values you record.
What it does
Define key performance, risk and control indicators with unit, direction (higher or lower is better), frequency and owner. Link each one to the objective, risk or control it measures.
Record values by period. MANARA computes the status of each value against the target and thresholds, derives the trend from the series, and draws charts with the target and thresholds as reference lines.
Key capabilities
What works in the platform today, and what is on the roadmap.
- Available working in the current release
- Planned on the roadmap — not yet available
- Available
KPI / KRI / KCI
One model for performance, risk and control indicators, each with unit, direction and frequency.
- Available
Targets and thresholds
Target, warning and alert levels; direction decides whether higher or lower is better.
- Available
Values by period
Record one value per indicator per period, with a note and who entered it.
- Available
Computed status and trend
Status and trend are calculated from the data — never typed in.
- Available
Charts
Trend charts with the target and thresholds drawn as reference lines.
- Available
Anomaly and deterioration rules
The rule engine flags unusual values (z-score) and consecutive moves toward a threshold.
- Planned
Data connectors (ETL)
Automatic import of indicator values from source systems.
How it connects
Records are linked across modules, so the same fact is entered once and seen wherever it matters.
